What’s next for the state-by-state movement towards product stewardship for paint? As paint stewardship programs are established in more states across the country, what lessons can we learn from the seven states where paint product stewardship programs are already in place or being implemented?
Whether you are new to paint stewardship or a veteran of the movement looking for a deep dive into the issues, join us for one or both of these calls:
#1."Paint Stewardship 101" will explore how the paint stewardship model came to be, how it works, where legislation is being passed around the U.S., and how paint stewardship programs save local governments and taxpayers millions of dollars.
#2."Advanced Paint Stewardship" will provide a national update on the status of paint program roll-outs, legislative developments, challenges, solutions, and opportunities to improve overall efficiency through policy harmonization. The call will take a deep dive into technical topics, such as program convenience, PaintCare collection contracts with local governments, regulatory fixes needed for retail paint collection, transparency, and auditing.
Participate in one or both.
