Sign PSI’s Petition
Express your support for legislation that creates more effective opt-out opportunities and greater transparency by signing PSI’s phone books petition at Change.org. PSI intends to provide the list of petition signatories to legislators that want to correct this problem. You can also contact your state and local representative and tell them directly that they should sponsor legislation that allows them a choice.
Visit PSI’s phone book project page and learn more about PSI's efforts to stop the unsolicited delivery of phone books, view recent press articles, legislation, and find other resources on this issue.
Contact Your Legislator
You can also contact your state and local representative and tell them directly that they should sponsor legislation that would reduce the waste caused by unwanted phone books in your state. If you are unsure of you legislator, check out the Library of Congress's website.
